The Great Resignation morphs into the The Great Retention

We know that retaining talent is becoming tougher, yet more important than ever.  As “The Great Resignation” morphs into “The Great Retention” across all industries, attracting candidates in this immensely competitive market is becoming more and more challenging.  

Most people report being constantly headhunted with very attractive propositions, most interviewing for many opportunities at any one time.  

In conversations we are having daily, with our clients, the question is often asked, “how can we retain our people and stop them going to our competitors?”  ‍Leaders report that hiring the right people and retaining them is what keeps them up at night, it’s clearly a definite pain point. So what do we do to attract and keep them?

Attracting good quality candidates in this market is hard! So hard! But what is even harder is when you loose them. What can you do to retain staff? It all starts with good on-boarding, creating a positive culture and offering long term clear career progression?
