Meeting with our clients face to face is an integral part of our consulting process.  It enables us to gain valuable insight in to your current needs and objectives enabling us to create a customised strategy to meet your needs.  Every clients HR and recruitment needs are different, and it’s important that we truly understand your goals to find you a solution that will help enhance both the employer and employee experience.

Finding the solution

Mindful HR are able to implement basic HR and Recruitment frameworks or alternatively support an entire HR and Recruitment strategic solution. It doesn't have to be complex to be successful. Regardless how big or small the requirements, Mindful HR can work with you to find a tailor made solution that best meets your current requirements.  You may need a certain “scope of work” eg. write job descriptions for staff, introduce some salary banding, on-boarding of new employees or alternatively you may require more consultative services such as being present for performance reviews, providing a process for performance management, or simply advice on the best HR Strategies to bring out the best in your employees.

Mindful HR require time to work with management and the team to understand the culture, job responsibilities, company goals, systems etc.  To be effective for your business, we need a true snap shot of what (if any) system or policies are in place. This enables Mindful HR to align their processes to suitably meet your requirements.
